We’ve rolled out some powerful updates designed to give you greater flexibility, clearer insights, and more control across your planning, coding, invoicing, and reporting. These improvements will help streamline your day-to-day tasks, reduce manual effort, and keep your farm records accurate and easy to manage.

🧾 Create Buyer Created Invoices (BCIs) for our Australian customers, this is referred to as a Recipient Created Invoice (RCI).

You can now create Buyer Created Invoices (BCIs) directly in Farm Focus. For our Australian customers, this feature is referred to as a Recipient Created Invoice (RCI). This allows you to generate invoices on behalf of your supplier, streamlining your record-keeping and GST compliance.

📊 Filter Profit & Loss Report by Management Tag

You can filter the Profit & Loss report by Management Tag to analyse different areas of your business. For example, you might use Management Tags to track farm blocks, enterprises, or cost centres. Simply open your Profit & Loss report, apply the Management Tag filter, and the report will update to show results for the selected tag(s).

🗓️ Add default invoice and due date

You can set a default Invoice Date and Due Date so these fields are automatically pre-filled whenever you create a new invoice. This helps speed up your workflow and ensures consistency. You can still update the fields manually if needed.
