We’ve rolled out some powerful updates designed to give you greater flexibility, clearer insights, and more control across your planning, coding, invoicing, and reporting. These improvements will help streamline your day-to-day tasks, reduce manual effort, and keep your farm records accurate and easy to manage.

🐄 Delete non-financial actual events from your working plan

You can now remove non-financial events like births or deaths directly from your working plan. No need to switch to the Actuals screen, just tidy up the plan quickly and carry on with your planning.

🧾 Code name appears in description

When coding transactions, if the Description field is left empty, the Code name will now display by default. This makes it easier to scan and review coded lines.

🗂️ Archive draft plans with ease

You can now archive draft plans from your Plans page, keeping your workspace tidy without losing work you might want to refer back to later. This makes it easier to manage planning without clutter.
