Acceptance of Terms
Participation in our offers is deemed acceptance of the following Terms and Conditions. We are Farm Focus Limited whose address is at 46 Perry Street, Masterton, New Zealand (“we”, “us”, “our”, “Farm Focus” or the “Organiser”). “Services” referred to in these Terms and Conditions are as defined in our Farm Focus Terms of Use.

1. Programme Overview
This Refer a Friend Programme (“Programme”) is operated by Farm Focus Limited (“Farm Focus”, “we”, “us”, “our”). It allows existing customers (“Referrer”, “you”) to refer new customers (“Referred Friend”) to purchase an annual subscription. When a valid referral results in a qualifying purchase, the Referred Friend receives a discount and the Referrer receives a referral reward, subject to these Terms and Conditions.
By participating in the Programme, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. The Reward and the Discount
- Referred Friend benefit: Your Referred Friend receives 30% off the price of their annual subscription for the first year only. The discount applies solely to the first year’s subscription fee and does not apply to any subsequent renewal, upgrade, add-on, or other charge.
- Referrer reward: You will receive a NZD/AUD$1,000 Prezzy Card for each qualifying referral. The Prezzy Card will be issued electronically to the email address associated with your Farm Focus account, within 30 days of your Referred Friend completing the purchase of a qualifying annual subscription. Reward value is in your local currency (NZD or AUD) as determined by your existing Farm Focus subscription.
3. Eligibility
To qualify for the Programme:
- You must be an existing Farm Focus customer with an active subscription in good standing.
- The Referred Friend must be a new customer only. Anyone who is, or has previously been, a Farm Focus customer is not eligible.
- The Referred Friend must be referred using your unique referral link, which is issued to you by our Support Team. Referrals made by any other means will not qualify.
- The Referred Friend must purchase an annual subscription. Monthly or other subscription types do not qualify.
- The Referred Friend must complete the purchase using your referral link, with the discount applied at the time of purchase.
4. How It Works
- Request your unique referral link from our Support Team.
- Share your referral link with your friend.
- Your friend uses your referral link to purchase an annual subscription and receives 30% off their first year.
- Once the purchase is complete and validated, a NZD/AUD$1,000 Prezzy Card is issued to your registered email address within 30 days.
5. Referral Limit
There is no cap on the number of friends you can refer. You will receive a NZD/AUD$1,000 Prezzy Card for each qualifying referral.
6. Conditions and Restrictions
- A referral is only valid where the Referred Friend uses your specific referral link obtained via our Support Team.
- The 30% discount cannot be combined with any other offer, promotion, or discount unless we state otherwise.
- Self-referrals are not permitted. You may not refer yourself, create additional or duplicate accounts, or use the Programme to obtain a discount or reward for your own purchases.
- We reserve the right to withhold or reverse any reward or discount where we reasonably believe the Programme has been abused, manipulated, or used fraudulently, or where the referral does not meet these Terms and Conditions.
- Prezzy Cards are issued subject to the terms and conditions of the card issuer and are non-transferable except as set out here.
- If a Referred Friend cancels, refunds, or charges back their subscription, we reserve the right to withhold or recover the corresponding referral reward.
- It is your responsibility to ensure the email address on your Farm Focus account is current. We are not responsible for Prezzy Cards issued to an out-of-date or incorrect email address you have provided.
7. General
- We reserve the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Programme, or to change these Terms and Conditions, at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect when published.
- These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
- Tax: You are responsible for any tax obligations arising from any reward you receive.
General terms applicable to all promotions above
- All personal information you provide us in connection with the above promotion (if any) will only be used and disclosed for the purpose of running the promotion and in accordance with our Farm Focus Privacy Policy.
- We are not liable for any failure (for whatever reason) to record an entry into the promotion. We will not be responsible for any late, lost, or misdirected entries, including but not limited to entries received/not received due to technical problems.
- We and our related companies, employees and agencies shall not be liable for any loss (including special or consequential loss) damage or personal injury suffered (whether mental or physical) by any person arising directly or indirectly out of or in connection with entering any of these promotions.
- We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to vary these terms and conditions or cancel any or all of the components of these promotions without notice.
- These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
